Warranty Information

Yare ("we", "us", "our") warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly
  • Malfunctioning USB-A or USB-C ports under normal use
  • Structural failure of casing or mounting components

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation or wiring
  • Physical damage, including cracks, water ingress (unless caused by manufacturing defect), or damage due to impact
  • Damage caused by power surges or improper voltage
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Any modification or tampering with the product
  • Normal wear and tear

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a claim under this warranty, you must:

  1. Contact us at hello@yare.com.au with a description of the issue
  2. Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  3. Provide photographs or videos of the fault, if requested
  4. Return the product (if required) to an address we will provide

We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.
